At DevGRAD, we support the African enterprises and community in designing M&E system most importantly for a community development project. Development of the M & E system can be expensive and not affordable for rural enterprises in terms of skills and technicalities involved. As part of our commitment to rural business support, we also provide training for the entrepreneurs with regards to the relevance of M&E as a tool for achieving business effectiveness and sustainable community project not, as a donor-driven tool.

We aim to support the communities in the South through the development of a monitoring and evaluation framework following the design of an appropriate theory of change tailored to their community or business need. Through the expertise in our network, DevGRAD is committed to improving the performance of African local partners, organizations and projects through our innovative tools and experience in strategic management and performance improvement.
